Membership Dues

Regular Member Dues are $30.

Sustaining Member Dues are $100

A Sustaining Member of the Litigation Section is a member who has demonstrated a special interest in the mission of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Texas; in particular, the section’s goal of ensuring equal access to justice regardless of economics, race, gender, or physical location.

Texas Law Students and New Lawyers (licensed 2 years or less). – Dues are Waived

Law Students and New Lawyers (licensed 2 years or less) must submit a membership application complete with full contact information, including an email address. Forms can be submitted to the Membership Department via email. 

Pro Bono Attorneys – Dues are Waived

Attorneys employed by Legal Aid Providers may join the Litigation Section for free by submitting a Membership Application.
