Proposed Bill Allows Interlocutory Appeal, Instead of Mandamus, of Orders Denying Motions to Compel Arbitration under the FAA:

Senator Duncan (R-Lubbock) filed SB 1650, which would allow an interlocutory appeal from an order denying a motion to compel arbitration under the FAA.
